GMC Surveying have been engaged by BMD Constructions to provide engineering surveying services for the bridge duplication at Mount Crosby.
GMC are involved in the establishment of control, temporary works and permanent works modelling and monitoring of existing structures.
Fulton Hogan
GMC Surveying have been engaged by Fulton Hogan for the provision of surveying services on the enabling works for the Wambo Wind Farm.
The works are headed up by our Survey Manager, Chris Brannock. The project utilises our Surveyors who live on the Darling Downs. They will be involved in feature surveys for the upgrade of existing roads and the set out of the main construction compound.
This project further strengthens our long standing presence in the Darling Downs where we have been providing expert construction support for 16 years.
BMD Constructions
GMC Surveying are engaged by BMD Constructions to provide survey to the critical Defence KC-30A infrastructure project in the Northern Territory at RAAF Base Tindal.
The works includes construction of a new aircraft parking apron, runway and taxiway extension along with a new high intensity lighting field.
At its peak GMC will have 9 Surveyors onsite working a continuous roster. The project is due for completion in December 2023.

GMC Surveying were engaged to supply the surveying services for 10km of overtaking lanes on the Warrego Highway. The project consisted of 5 different sites spread across approx. 150km. Work included the installation and coordination of approx. 130 control marks, checks of the existing surface to design, conformance of earthworks and pavement layers, pickup and modelling of existing drainage structures for culvert extensions, modelling and management of machine control and progressive earthworks volumes.
